The Fair Trade Practice Group specializes in providing advisory and litigation services related to such key statutes as the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, and the Labeling and Advertising Act, which are under the supervision of the Fair Trade Commission (the "FTC"), in a systematic and organized manner from the initial stage through the litigation stage. The Fair Trade Practice Group is committed to providing comprehensive legal services with respect to various types of unfair transactions, price-fixing and other undue collaborative acts, false or exaggerated advertising and other unfair advertising, business combination through merger, business transfer and acquisition of shares, unfair subcontracting transactions, regulation of business groups, et al. In addition, the Practice Group actively participates in assisting the FTC in legislative efforts and policy-making.
