The Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Group was specially formed from the General Civil Practice Group in order to facilitate the rendering of legal services in the rapidly expanding areas of construction and real property.

In particular, in large-scale projects, the attorneys from this Practice Group form a task team with attorneys from the General Civil, Corporate Law, Securities and Finance Practice Groups to provide legal advice and, where necessary, representation in litigation. Currently, the Practice Group has a SOC team in operation for SOC business activities, an ABS team in operation for ABS and MBS businesses, and an International Arbitration Team specialized in overseas construction related disputes.
