| The Shipping Practice Group maintains a large
practice, experienced in both the ˇ°wetˇ± aspects of maritime
and aviation litigation as well as the ˇ°dryˇ± aspects thereof.
Areas of expertise include collisions, oil pollution,
bills of lading, cargo claims and defense, charterparty claims,
ship arrests and release, maritime liens, auctions of cargo
or vessel, salvage, general average and claims for injury
to, or death of, seamen or passengers. |

| The Practice Group's other areas of expertise include, among others, insurance, trade disputes, ship financing, and ship building and investment. Documentation services are available for all of the above areas. The Practice Group's international clientele primarily consists of shipowners, banks, insurance companies, trading companies and numerous P&I clubs. |
