Bae, Kim & Lee LLC formed the Finance and Real Estate Practice Group, which is the first of its kind in Korea, in order to provide effective legal services for transactions which encompass both real property and finance practice areas such as transactions involving ABS and MBS, as well as the recently emerging REITs-related transactions.
