Part of the Securities, Banking & Finance Practice, the Banking and Corporate Finance Practice Group represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, including a number of prominent commercial banks, merchant banks and savings and loan associations.

The Practice Group has long handled, on a regular basis, on-shore and off-shore bilateral loans and syndicated Euro-currency loans, and at any given time a large part of its work is devoted to these types of financing. Thus, the Practice Group is able to draw on a high degree of expertise and sophistication in addressing all aspects of such transactions under Korean law, and in assisting through negotiation and documentation to meet the standards demanded by the international financial markets.
